Oran Park Town residents will enjoy state-of-the-art youth facilities, with the new $14 million Julia Reserve Youth Precinct officially opened 9th March 2019.

Ground conditions were deep compacted hard fill which made our “Helicast™” Multi-fin helix the ideal choice for ease of penetration and the ability to lock into the hard natural founding layer below.
While the screw piles were being installed the steel and concrete footing were being poured behind getting this project up out of the ground well ahead of schedule.
